List of Needed Documents
Apply As An Initial Overseas Student
(applying from your home country)
- Copy of passport
- Copy of high school or university diploma or transcript
Financial statements showing:
- $24,500 for 1-year Form I-20*
- $13,600 for 6-month Form I-20*
- $6,700 for 3-month Form I-20*
- Affidavit of Support form, if you're applying with a sponsor (optional)
The financial statements must be dated within the last 3 months.
*For dependents, must show an additional $5,000.00 per dependent.
Apply As A Transfer Student
(currently a student at another school)
- Copy of passport, F-1 Student Visa and Form I-94
- Current Form I-20
- Copy of high school or university diploma or transcript
Financial statements showing:
- $24,500 for 1-year Form I-20*
- $13,600 for 6-month Form I-20*
- $6,700 for 3-month Form I-20*
- Affidavit of Support form, if you're applying with a sponsor (optional)
- Completed transfer request form (CWC will provide)
The financial statements must be dated within the last 3 months.
*For dependents, must show an additional $5,000.00 per dependent.
Change My Visa Status
(in the US with a non-student visa)
- Copy of passport and Form I-94
- Copy of high school or university diploma or transcript
Financial statements showing:
- $24,500 for 1-year Form I-20*
- $13,600 for 6-month Form I-20*
