- Kitchen: Fully stocked with full-size range/oven, full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven, pots, pans, dishes, cooking utensils and cutlery
- Washer and Dryer: Located in-unit on the 1st floor of the apartment
- Air Conditioning: Central air conditioning throughout the apartment
- Balconies: Available in living room and third floor bedroom
- Garage Parking: Available for an additional monthly fee

If you're looking for the opportunity to experience more of American culture by staying with an American family during your study abroad experience, homestay might be a good choice for you. Staying in our student apartment provides you more independence and freedom than staying with a homestay family, but you may prefer more of a family home environment over a student apartment environment. Each option has its positives and negatives, and ultimately, the choice is up to you.
